Ingredients
40ml     Peach Van Nahmen
100ml   Crémant

How to mix?
Simple: Add the chilled Peach Juice (or your favourite fruit juice) into the glass. Top up with very cold Crémant and stir to mix.
Advanced: Add the Peach Juice and Crémant to a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir gently to mix. Pour into the glass.

Ingredients
15ml     Poire Williams EDV (or flavour of choice – gin also works well)
15ml     Lemon Juice
10ml     Syrup
100ml   Crémant

How to mix?
Simple: Add the Poire Williams, Lemon Juice and Syrup into the glass and stir to mix. Top up with very cold Crémant
Advanced: Add the Poire Williams, Lemon Juice and Syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Top up with very cold Crémant

Garnish
Spray the top of the drink with lemon zest and drop into the drink

How to mix?
First pour the very cold Crémant to the glass. Add the Cassis.

How to mix?
Fill the glass with ice. Add the Bitters, top up with the Crémant, stir.

30ml     Italian Aperitif Bitters (Contratto Bitters)
30ml     Sweet Vermouth

How to mix?
Fill the glass with ice. Add the Bitters and Vermouth, top up with the Crémant, stir.
